Spotlessly clean hotel rooms with a view. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Central location, within a close distance from a massive Gothic church...
No elevator.

We were pleasantly surprised when we got upgraded to a suite on the top floor with a fantastic view. The hotel was nice and provided great value for the money. The location was convenient, situated between the old town and Mariscal Sucre. We loved the fact that there was a tram stop just a block away, making it easy to explore both areas. The staff was really helpful and even allowed us to store our luggage in their office since our flight was later in the evening. I highly recommend this hotel.

The noise was unbearable. the party in the courtyard next door kept us up all night and the street noise was constant.

Spent Christmas here, and I have to say it was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved that the towels were changed daily and that hot water was always available in the showers. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the historic city center and there was a shop nearby where we could get anything we needed. , the laundry service was a huge plus, as they got our clothes cleaned really quickly for a great price.
While the hotel offered a kitchen, it unfortunately had limited hours which made it difficult to get hot drinking water when we came back late. , the room could have had a kettle as advertised, which was not a big deal for us but could be for some guests.
